We visited 8/2/26 for the first time. Sadly our experience was quite disappointing. The young lady that took our order made a comment about by necklace being backwards (which was totally fine), but followed it with “I don’t think the guys (that I was with) would have noticed, they don’t usually have that kind of perception”, and the tone in which she said it was not very kind. I ordered a small banana split and it came in a sundae cup that was far too small for how much stuff was in the cup. It was overflowing everywhere, the cherry fell to the ground immediately, and it was incredibly messy. The young men I was with ordered medium malts, raspberry and pumpkin. Both said they were not good and quite bland. For $22, I was expecting good flavors and for my sundae to not be not to be overflowing all over the sidewalk. We were looking forward to supporting this small local business, but based on this experience we will likely not be going back. Which is a shame because I love ice cream shoppe season 😔

We got here with a family of 6, 15 minutes before closed and there was a long line. The staff worked well past close accommodating everyone. They were also extremely kind and thanked us for waiting, when i felt terrible about how crazy busy they were. It was worth the wait, which really wasnt too long. I had a cappuccino shake and it was amazing! The kids all had cones which they really enjoyed. Would recommend!

We came when there was no line etc. Delicious, quick, and high quality ice cream. Cones were fresh and quick. Cash only.

Great place great staff our order didn’t take long the only thing I suggest they get a better menu display like a digital one with pictures. Picture of one of the treats we got that’s a hot fudge Royale
